From first contact to kickoff
You don’t need a perfect safety program to call. Most clients start with questions, a site walk, or a scoped audit, then we agree on what “done” looks like before anyone signs a long contract.

Call, email, or use the contact form. If you have your EMR (experience mod) and a rough crew or site count, that speeds up the first conversation.

Step 2: Discovery & scope
We review your safety plan or manual, walk the site or shop, or run a discovery audit, whatever matches how far along you are. You get a clear picture of gaps and priorities.

Step 3: Proposal & kickoff
We recommend staffing levels, audit cadence, training, retainer hours, or a blend. Once you’re ready, we match people to your culture and risk, not just credentials on paper.
Expect lots of questions and an open, non-judgmental tone. We’re there to understand your operation, not to score points. If we don’t know something offhand (engineering nuance, specialty trade rule), we’ll say so and pull in another member of our team or a trusted contact we’ve built over years in the field.
