Safety manuals & plans
Custom safety manuals, emergency action plans, and site-specific documentation for nationwide and multi-state operations. Bid-ready programs, HazCom updates, and partnership audit prep.
WHAT WE DO
Programs and plans built for your operation
Safety programs, emergency action plans, site-specific docs, and updates when regulations or your operations change. Some clients need a compliant manual to bid a job: name, logo, signed, done. Others want the manual plus follow-up training, because a binder nobody reads does not help anyone on the floor.
We see both ends. Companies starting from nothing, and companies sending us a ten-year-old manual asking us to make sure it still matches how they work today. Out-of-state and multi-site operations sometimes need state-specific addenda on top of a base program.
HazCom and SDS are usually the most out-of-date piece. Regulations and chemical lines shift, and we still get MSDS sheets from clients who have not caught up to SDS. That program gets extra attention whenever we touch your documentation.
Heat is the current example of why a plan should not wait on a regulation. There is no federal heat standard yet, but OSHA inspectors are already checking heat programs under a national emphasis program that was renewed in 2026 for five years.

PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS
Documentation that survives an audit
We support clients in the OSHA Partnership Program and similar arrangements where partners scrutinize your safety programs on a schedule. We know what audit-ready looks like when someone is reading every page, not just checking a box.
The full list of document types is long (emergency action plans, JHAs, site-specific plans, trade programs, and more). On a scoping call we align to what your bid, your GC, or your partnership review actually requires.
HOW IT WORKS
From scoping to a manual you can file
Step 1: Scoping call
Tell us whether you are bidding a job, refreshing an outdated manual, fixing HazCom, or getting documentation ready for a partnership review.
Step 2: Build or revise
We draft or update programs for your trade and operations. HazCom and SDS get extra attention when inventories have drifted from what is on site.
Step 3: Deliver (and train if you want)
Some clients just need a signed manual to file. Others add follow-up training so supers and crews actually use what is in the binder.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you write manuals from scratch or update what we have?
Both. Some clients need a compliant manual to bid a job: name, logo, signed, done. Others need updates when regulations or operations change, including state-specific addenda for multi-site work.
What’s usually most out of date?
HazCom and SDS programs. Chemical inventories and rules shift constantly, so those get extra attention when we build or refresh a program.
Can you prep docs for an OSHA partnership audit?
Yes. We support clients in the OSHA Partnership Program and similar arrangements where partners scrutinize documentation, and we get your binder ready for that scrutiny.
Do you offer training on the manual after it’s written?
Yes. Some clients want the binder plus follow-up training so the program lives on the jobsite, not only on the shelf.
Can manuals cover out-of-state sites?
Yes. We tailor manuals for multi-state and nationwide operations instead of shipping a generic template, including state-specific addenda when needed.
