Construction
Safety support built around your projects: on-site safety professionals, site audits, written programs, and training that moves with the work.
OVERVIEW
Construction safety support
Construction is most of what we do. General contractors and excavation, electrical, crane, paving, mechanical, and steel contractors bring us in for a single job, an audit, or ongoing monthly support. Many start with one project and keep us on for the next one.
On the job sites we support, especially for our retainer clients, we post an orange placard with a call list. It has the personal cell numbers of our whole team, so whoever calls is bound to reach one of us, plus instructions for what to do if OSHA shows up. Our clients call early and often, and that is the point. When an inspection needs more than a phone call, our OSHA representation service picks it up.
Project types we support include data centers, advanced manufacturing, commercial construction, and public works. We travel to your projects anywhere in the United States, and we are headquartered in the Greater Boise metropolitan area.
ENGAGEMENT
What can go into an engagement
Mix and match the pieces you need. Nothing here is a fixed set. We scope to the work.
On-site safety staffing
Full-time safety professionals matched to the project, from short gap coverage to support that lasts as long as the job does.
Site audits
Structured site audits, with findings talked through on site before they reach the report.
Written safety programs
Safety manuals, emergency action plans, and site-specific documents that match how your crews work.
On-site training
Hands-on training and toolbox talks at your jobsite or yard, built around your equipment and the OSHA training requirements for each topic, with training records for every attendee.
SCOPING
How we scope it
A short path from first call to work on site.
Step 1: Talk about your projects
Scope, crews, duration, trades on site, and what is driving the need for support.
Step 2: Review what you have
We look at the training, programs, and records you already have, so we only add what is missing.
Step 3: Get a proposal
Staffing level, audit schedule, written programs, and training, scoped to the work. Then we start on site.
TRAINING
Training that follows your projects
Classes and toolbox talks travel with the project. We schedule around mobilization and new crews, and keep training records consistent across every job. See safety training for the courses we deliver on site.

Common questions
Do you work on construction projects nationwide?
Yes. We travel to your projects anywhere in the United States. We are headquartered in the Greater Boise metropolitan area.
What does a construction engagement include?
Whatever the work needs. Common pieces are on-site safety professionals, site audits, written safety programs, and hands-on training. We combine them for each company and each project. There is no fixed bundle.
What happens if OSHA shows up on a site you support?
Your crew has a call list with our team’s cell numbers and instructions for what to do when an inspector arrives, so they can reach one of us right away. For support beyond that first call, see our OSHA representation service.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. Many contractors start with one job or a site audit and keep us on for the projects that follow.
